The Skilled Worker route allows UK employers licensed by the Home Office to sponsor individuals to fill eligible jobs. The applicant must have a confirmed job offer, an issued Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), satisfy English language requirements, and meet the relevant salary threshold (general threshold or going rate for the occupation code).

- Criminal record certificate for designated occupations (education, healthcare, social work)
